Beach house in
1st sea line
This dreamlike beach house is located in the 1st sea line of the enchanting Puerto de Pollensa, right on the Pine Walk. The beach house is only 1 step away from the fine sandy beach. On the enchanting terrace with a beautifully blooming bougainvillea you can not only enjoy the fantastic sea view but also the view of the unique Tramuntana mountains, the boats and the sandy beach.
The living area is approx. 130 m2 and is spread over 2 floors. The beach house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. There are 3 double beds and 1 single bed and is suitable for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Another bathroom is in the annex, also on the ground floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers.
Room description
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a French balcony with fantastic sea views.
The second bedroom has an antique Mallorcan double bed, air conditioning, an antique chest of drawers and sea views.
The third bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
The fourth bedroom has a single bed, a wardrobe, a sink and a toilet. There is also a fan.
Outdoor area
From the living room you can access the private sun terrace, partially covered by the bougainvillea, with a chill-out sofa and sun loungers. In the back patio there is a BBQ area with grills and a seating area. There is also a bicycle parking space for 2 trekking bikes with 8 gears, which can be rented for a fee during your stay.
Surroundings
The beach house is located directly on the sea and the fine sandy beach of Puerto de Pollensa. Along the Pine Walk there are countless bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Puerto Pollenca is ideal for family beach holidays, walking, cycling, paddle surfing, swimming and exploring the island. The impressive Cap Formentor can be reached by bus from Port Pollensa. Palma can be reached in 40 minutes by car and the airport in 50 minutes.
